Moonlight Snowshoe & Heart Centered Yoga 6pm – 9pm

Gather together and head out on a magical full moon guided snow shoe journey  through the beautiful snow leaden forest.

Then return to the cozy fire inside the yurt.

Open yourself up to love and discover the power of your fourth chakra.

Located in the center of the chest, the heart chakra forms your deep bonds with other beings, and your ability to show compassion and respect. When balanced, the heart chakra allows you to show love to others and yourself.

Motivated by love, your fourth chakra is responsible for moving love throughout your life. As a healing and unifying chakra, it brings wholeness and recognizes love as the ultimate healing force. This enables you to live life with kindness and compassion towards others and yourself.

The heart chakra is the center of your deepest bonds with other beings. This expands your feelings of compassion, empathy, and respect. When your heart chakra is balanced, it gives you the ability to recognize that we are all interconnected and allows you to not only show love to others but to show love to yourself as well. We will be flowing though gentle yoga heart opening asana’s and breath,  connecting deep into the heart space and sink into Heart Chakra tuned crystal bowl 432 hrz sound healing vibrations.

Together using the powerful Ho-oponopono prayer, we will shift into forgiveness to raise our energetic vibration and release negativity.
