FRIDAY JUNE 21st (not on our usual wednesday, sorry for the confusion) Nelson Poetry Slam is heading to Lakeside park, with cash prizes for our top 3 winners! We'll be set up under the Rotary Shelter, and featuring an incredible poet / author: @rayliebich ! Rayya will be running a writing workshop called "Writing Resistance" from 5pm - 6pm, and then she will be performing during the slam too. *More info below.
